Application fee per applicant: $75.00
Corporate Application Fee: $100.00
Corporate Occupant: $25.00 per occupant
Security Deposits: $0.00-$250.00-$500.00 due at move in
Administrative fee: $250.00 due at time of application
Vallet Trash: $25.00 monthly
Pet fee at move-in non-refundable: $300.00 1st pet, $200.00 2nd pet
Monthly pet fee: $35.00 1st pet, $15.00 2nd pet
Garage: $175.00 monthly
Gate Entry Strip: $200.00 upon request
Water/Sewer/Trash: Varies monthly billed 30 days in arrears
Water/Sewer/Trash billing fee: $3.25 not to exceed $5.00 monthly
Water/Sewer/Trash late fee: $15.00 monthly
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $25 per billing cycle
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the fifth (5) of the month, is 10% of base rent.
NSF Fee: $40.00 plus applicable fees
Termination Fee Choice 1: 2x one-month base rent
Termination Fee Choice 2: Owe future rent through lease term or new resident moves into apartment

Pet Policy

Comments: Only one nonrefundable fee for 1 of $300 or $500 for 2 due at move-in. Monthly pet fee of $35 a month for 1 or $50 for 2pets. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.

Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.

Drift at Town Center East Apartments is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
